Job Summary

Innovation Cleaning LLC is looking for two responsible and reliable individuals to join our team as part-time school janitors. This position involves cleaning two small schools located in Fort Washington, PA, and Blue Bell, PA (15 minutes apart). Each school requires 4 hours of cleaning per evening, Monday through Friday. We provide all training and necessary equipment—no prior experience is needed.

Part-time evening position (Monday-Friday, 4 hours per location).
Total of 40 hours per week if working both locations.

General Accountabilities

Ensure both schools are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
Follow cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Handle basic janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal.
Maintain safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning supplies.
Report any maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor.


Job Qualifications

Must have reliable transportation – Individual is responsible for getting to both locations.
No prior experience required – training is provided.
Must be responsible, reliable, and punctual.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, and bending.
