Responsible to operate, service, and maintain the resources of the Grounds Department to develop school grounds in a condition of operating excellence, appearance and safety, so that educational use of the facilities can be obtained.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Ability to read and communicate in English
Preferred high school diploma or GED
Valid Texas Driver's License
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Proper pesticide/fertilizer application
Irrigation repair
Working knowledge of shrubs, flowers, turf and turf equipment, mowing, cultivating, pruning, spraying
Experience:
Three years in related field
Pay Grade: Aux PG3/261 days
Starting at $13.50 per hour
