We are selectively partnering with established Independent Contractors and service companies to service our commercial clients in the region. If you operate a structured business, deliver professional facility maintenance, restoration, or renovation services, and are looking for steady, recurring work - without the burden of chasing new contracts or managing collections - this may be a strong fit.

Requirements

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type)
  • Worker's Compensation Insurance

  • 18 years of age minimum
  • Favorable background investigation results
  • You can not be a sole proprietor

The Opportunity

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced handyman contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients.

We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing repair, maintenance, and small project work to keep operations running smoothly.

This is an opportunity to access consistent, project-based and recurring work without the need to prospect, estimate cold, or chase payments.

If you operate a structured business and can deliver reliable, high-quality maintenance and repair services, this may be a strong fit.

The selected contractor will provide general handyman and light maintenance services, including:

  • Minor repairs (doors, hardware, fixtures, trim, drywall, etc.)
  • Basic carpentry and installation work
  • Ceiling tile replacement
  • Light plumbing repairs (faucets, leaks, fixtures)
  • Light electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets - as permitted)
  • Furniture assembly and installation
  • Preventative maintenance and general upkeep

Work may include:

  • Service calls, punch-list items, and small projects
  • Multi-site commercial environments
  • Coordination with facility managers and City Wide team
  • Occasional urgent or time-sensitive requests

You will be expected to:
