Storage Facility Manager

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Milt's Mini Storage

Milt’s Mini Storage is a family-owned business that has served the Omaha metro for over 50 years! We are currently seeking a full-time Self-Storage Facility Manager.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM-12:30 PM

Job Requirements:

  • Open and close the office adhering to posted business hours
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service/sales skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to maintain accurate records for each tenant, including lease and all correspondence
  • Collection skills for delinquent accounts
  • Complete daily lot checks
  • Clean vacant units, grounds and office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn company’s user-friendly software
  • Familiar with the use of a printer, scanner, and phone
  • Process daily deposit and corresponding paperwork
  • All candidates are subject to a background check and drug screening

Experience:

Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person.

High School Diploma or GED
