Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide guidance and support in the job search process, including counseling, skill development, and mentoring.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client employability and job search skills.
• Build relationships with employers, networking, and job placement organizations to understand hiring needs and connect with clients who are suitable for the positions.
• Maintain client records, track progress, and document outcomes.

Job Requirements
• 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States (must provide required documentation).
• Able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Pass a criminal background check (some records are acceptable).
• Pass a drug screening for all federally controlled substances, including cannabis (THC).
• Reliable personal transportation.

Experience
• Two years of related experience or equivalent required. Preference for experience assisting individuals with self-sufficiency, vocational goals, or related counseling experience.
• Experience or knowledge of working with the business community.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and data management systems.
• Able to present on virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).

Education
• High school diploma or GED.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
• Oregon driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Physical Demands of Work
• Occasionally lift 10-35 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Speak, hear, and see, including peripheral vision and depth perception.
• Use hands to feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms, with finger dexterity.
• Use telephone, computer, paper, and pens.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the positions, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Work Environment
• Typically Indoor but may include outdoor, warehouse, store and community sites.
• Occasional travel between locations and local community.
• Noise level is moderate to loud.

Work Hours
• Typically, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
