Many positions also require certification or licensure in counseling, social work, or a related field, and strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Some roles may prefer or require a master's degree or specialized training in behavioral intervention techniques.

What is a behavior assistant vs rbt?

A behavior assistant supports individuals with behavioral challenges under supervision, often in educational or clinical settings, and may assist with implementing behavior plans. RBTs typically complete specific training and certification requirements, while behavior assistants may have varying qualifications depending on the employer or state regulations.
