Job description

BCBA Behavior Analyst Join our team at Rise 2 Growth in South Farmingdale, NY

As a BCBA Behavior Analyst at Rise 2 Growth, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism and other developmental disorders reach their full potential. Our team of licensed professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services to children and families, and we're seeking a talented and compassionate individual to join our team.

About the Role

As a BCBA Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans, conducting functional analyses, and providing individualized coaching to families and caregivers. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will enable you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

COMPETITIVE PAY OF $65-$75

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional analyses and develop behavioral intervention plans in collaboration with families and caregivers

  • Provide individualized coaching and training to families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques

  • Conduct school-based assessments to identify areas of improvement

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

  • BCBA certification

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
