A school district in York County, Pennsylvania is seeking three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming school year. These full-time positions support students across multiple school sites and offer a collaborative work environment with flexibility for one remote day per week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services and maintain required documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams.
ย Caseload
- ย Approximately 35 students per SLP
- Primarily grades K-6, with some K-12 responsibilities
- Assignments may include elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school settings, as well as out-of-district placements.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist certification/licensure.
- ย Previous experience required for Medical Assistance (MA) billing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Education
ย Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
