Job description

Make a difference each day by providing dedicated, individualized support as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a vibrant school community located on the south side of Brunswick, NC. This contract opportunity allows you to work one-on-one with a student, helping to foster a positive and successful learning experience.
You will collaborate closely with educators, families, and specialists, utilizing your expertise to implement tailored behavior intervention strategies and reinforce positive student outcomes. Your compassion, patience, and knowledge will be key to supporting student growth and development in both academic and social settings.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience working with children within school environments, especially in one-on-one or small group settings preferred
  • Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior plans with consistency and professionalism
  • Reliable, compassionate, and flexible in adapting strategies as needed
Key Responsibilities:
