Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Springboard ABA
Location: Conway & Surrounding Rural Areas, Arkansas
Pay Range: $19–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available

At Springboard ABA, we’re committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children with autism and their families. Through personalized in-home and community-based ABA services, we help children build essential communication, social, and daily living skills that support long-term independence and success.

We are rapidly expanding in the Conway and Little Rock areas, and we’re looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and be part of something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings

  • Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA

  • Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social interaction, and daily living skills

  • Collect and document session data using our electronic platform

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective care

What You’ll Need

  • Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus)

  • Prior experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Conway and surrounding rural areas

  • Must pass a background check and complete Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
