At Achievements ABA Therapy NC, we are committed to providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, and we're seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in delivering ABA therapy to our clients, working closely with a BCBA supervisor to ensure the highest level of care.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software
Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress
Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively

Qualifications:
High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred or in progress)
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Clear level-two background check and verifiable references
Work Location: Asheboro, NC (Part-time)
