Job description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Up to $27/hr | Fresno, CA

Monday-Friday | School-Based | Weekly Pay | No Nights or Weekends

Looking for an RBT position with a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to support students in a school setting? Covelo Group is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians in Fresno, CA.

You’ll work directly with students who need behavioral support, either one-on-one or in a specialized classroom. Assignments may include students from prekindergarten through adult transition, depending on the needs of the school.

What You'll 

• Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support
• Help students work toward goals outlined in their IEP or 504 plan

• Collect behavioral data and maintain accurate service logs
• Support students during classroom activities and transitions
• Assist with academic tasks and classroom routines

• Provide toileting or diapering assistance when required while maintaining student dignity and privacy
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment

What You'll Need

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB, including current voluntary inactive status
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS certification
• Prior ABA experience with children in a school, home, or facility setting preferred
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned school locations
• Ability to remain patient, professional, and composed when responding to challenging behavior
• Willingness to work with students across different ages, support needs, and classroom settings
