Looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives? Join Cross Country Education as a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and work alongside behavioral and special education professionals to help K–12 students build skills and succeed throughout the school year in Puyallup, WA.

Position Overview

  • Implement established individualized treatment plans and behavior interventions for K–12 students.
  • Collect data, maintain accurate documentation, and complete timely progress notes to monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with the supervising BCBA, teachers, and special education staff to support student goals.
  • Follow established behavioral protocols and ensure interventions are implemented consistently across the school setting.

Qualifications

  • Active Washington Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) License
  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
