Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 + Bonus

W.M. Schlosser Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide executive leadership across a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplined construction projects. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who excels at developing high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, driving operational excellence, and delivering successful project outcomes. The Project Executive serves as a trusted partner to project teams, clients, and executive leadership while ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably


What Youll Do

  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations staff.
    • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
    • Coach emerging leaders and support succession planning across the organization.
    • Foster employee engagement, professional development, and long-term career growth.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
    • Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic projects and client partnerships.
    • Lead executive-level communications, problem resolution, and project reviews.
    • Ensure transparency, trust, and alignment throughout project execution.
  • Operational & Financial Oversight
    • Provide executive oversight of multiple projects, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
    • Monitor project health, resource allocation, risk exposure, and operational efficiency.
    • Support project teams in resolving complex contractual, technical, and operational challenges.
    • Drive consistency through best practices, standardized processes, and performance metrics.


What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive construction management experience.
  • Minimum of5 years of in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects and teams.
  • Proven success managing large, complex construction projects and client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
