Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Operations Associate to join our team in Carol Stream, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations by maintaining a clean and safe work environment, assisting production teams, handling materials, and performing general facility maintenance. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning spills, painting equipment, changing balers, chipping tanks, and completing general housekeeping tasks.
  • Production Support: Assist operators with manual production tasks, including adding raw materials, loading labels, lids, and cans, and moving finished pallets.
  • Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment (MHE), move and stage inventory, assist with cycle counts, and maintain equipment such as forklifts and walkie riders.
  • Safety & Quality: Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining high standards for product quality.
  • Team Support: Cross-train in other departments as needed and perform additional operational duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, walkie riders, scissor lifts, or similar equipment).
  • Basic math and computer skills; experience with computer applications is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, squat, kneel, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds and working overtime as needed.
