Job description

Position: MECM/ SCCM Engineer
Location: on-site Quantico, VA 5 days a week
Clearance required: an active TS/SCI
Certification required: 8570/8140 IAT Level II (Security+ or equivalent)
Compensation range: $130K-$175K+, based on experience & qualifications SCCM/MECM Management: • Create and maintain MECM collections, queries, and reports to effectively target devices and users for software deployments, updates, and compliance policies. • Monitor and maintain device and user collections to ensure accuracy and proper targeting. • Administer and maintain the MECM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, software update points, and management points. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MECM environment, including client health, software distribution, and patch management. • Create and maintain boot images, driver packages, and task sequences to support bare-metal, refresh, and in-place upgrade scenarios. • Design, create, and manage application and software packages for enterprise-wide deployment using MECM. • Manage the entire life cycle of applications, including updates, versioning, and dependencies. • Create and implement custom automation scripts for application, package, and driver installations. • Design and deploy baselines to assess the health and configuration state of endpoints, with automated remediation for non-compliant settings to ensure system integrity. Qualifications: • BA/BS plus 9+ years of experience in Desktop Support and Data Center Operations • Strong experience with SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager • IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA‑S • 1-2 Years of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Management experience to include creating of applications, packages, and task sequences. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
