Scanning Clerk – Temporary Assignment

Location: Coppell, Texas

Position Type: Temporary Assignment


The Scanning Clerk will support daily office operations by scanning, organizing, and electronically filing documents. This is a temporary position suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable performing repetitive data and document-processing tasks.

Basic Responsibilities

  • Scan paper documents into electronic files.
  • Review scanned documents for clarity and completeness.
  • Organize and name electronic files according to company procedures.
  • Sort, prepare, and maintain documents for scanning.
