Job description

Andean Chevrolet is looking for a dependable afternoon Receptionist and document scanner to answer and route phone calls and to assist in the office in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Route all incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Handle cash transactions with customers
  • Collect all forms of payments
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change as needed
  • Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Keep up to date records of all transactions
  • Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Scan various types of paperwork for record keeping
Requirements
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment and willingness to learn dealership specific software
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented
  • Attention to detail and mathematical skills

This job is for a six day work week and is scheduled for a 31 hour work week. Candidate is expected to work Monday - Friday from 3pm until closing at 8 PM and Saturday 9-3. Starting pay $18.00 per hour.
