Job description
Andean Chevrolet is looking for a dependable afternoon Receptionist and document scanner to answer and route phone calls and to assist in the office in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Route all incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
- Handle cash transactions with customers
- Collect all forms of payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, change as needed
- Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Keep up to date records of all transactions
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Scan various types of paperwork for record keeping
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment and willingness to learn dealership specific software
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills
This job is for a six day work week and is scheduled for a 31 hour work week. Candidate is expected to work Monday - Friday from 3pm until closing at 8 PM and Saturday 9-3. Starting pay $18.00 per hour.
