Job description

Experienced Warehouse Associates Needed!

Minimum of 2ย yearsโ€™ experience in cycle counting, RF scanning, and/or verification.

Pay rate - $17.00 hourly

Weekly pay on Friday

Benefits/PTO/401(k) available

Job Summary

The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels by performing routine counts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth daily operations.

Available Shifts -

2nd Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday

3rdย Shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday - Friday

(Some overtime and weekends may be required)

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control

  • Perform daily cycle counts using hand counts, scales, and RF scanners
  • Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies
  • Identify items requiring quality control review
  • Maintain accurate and complete cycle count records

Problem Solving & Organization

  • Research and locate missing or misplaced inventory
  • Consolidate stock to improve storage utilization
  • Support inventory adjustments and shortage resolution

Operational Support

  • Create receiving tags as needed
  • Assist order pickers to support timely fulfillment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inventory, cycle counting, or warehouse operations
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic math skills (counts, quantities, calculations)
  • Ability to use tools such as scanners, scales, and computers
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Prior experience resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Familiarity with high-volume warehouse environments

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Warehouse setting with a minimum of 8 hours walking and standingย 
  • Ability to lift and move materials (up to 35โ€“50 lbs.)
  • Use of equipment such as handheld scanners and pallet jacks
