Job description

Warehouse Data Entry Technician

Inova Staffing Services is currently seeking 1st shift Electronic Recycling Warehouse Operations Specialists! We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about technology and are excited to work in our fast-paced facility performing highly efficient electronics destruction and recycling. Weekly Pay and on the bus line

Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday (overtime as needed)
  • 6:30am-3pm, 4pm with overtime (occasional half-day Saturday morning OT)
  • $16.50/hr
Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and bend through entire shift as needed
  • Efficiently sorting and processing various electronic devices
  • Operating RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate product handling
  • Palletizing, wrapping, and labeling products for further processing or shipment
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

RF Scanner Responsibilities

  • Utilize RF scanners to accurately track incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Scan items to update real-time inventory levels in our warehouse management system
  • Use RF technology to locate specific items quickly and efficiently
  • Perform quality control checks using RF scanners to ensure product accuracy
  • Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits using RF scanning technology
Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn RF scanner operation
