Job Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
Pack HVAC and refrigeration parts, equipment, and accessories according to shipping specifications
Verify product quantities, part numbers, and order accuracy
Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other carrier shipping systems
Print shipping labels and process shipment documentation
Receive incoming inventory and compare products against shipping records
Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and damage
Sort, stage, and organize inventory within designated warehouse locations
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records using computerized warehouse systems
Complete written and electronic documentation as required
Assist with order verification, cycle counts, and inventory control activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
Experience using RF scanners
Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping software preferred
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High School Diploma or GED preferred
