Job description

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for EXPERIENCED EXCAVATOR OPERATORS to join our EXCAVATION SERVICES DIVISION.

This position offers a competitive wage with benefits.

The primary responsibilities, duties, and expectations of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Strong working knowledge of excavators and the ability to operate safely
  • Perform pre/post trip inspections and general preventative maintenance of the equipment
  • Understands and implements proper rigging techniques
  • Complete daily log and safety documentation on provided device
  • Ability to work long hours and overtime in a physically demanding work setting
  • Work collaboratively with crewmembers and subcontracted trucks to complete work in an efficient manor.
  • Ability to keep machine tracks clean using a track shovel.

Pay Scale $36 - $42 per hour
