Job description

We are a natural stone supply company looking for a full time Scale House Supervisor to ensure daily operations are running efficiently and executed in a timely manner. This position is Monday-Friday 7:30am – 5pm. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with great communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Operates Scales and ensure customer vehicles are loaded according to company policy

• Responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations

• Forklift experience or willingness to learn

• Be able to follow all safety policies and procedures

• Basic Mathematical skills required, including common units of measurements

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Handle inbound and outbound calls

• Responding to company emails in a professional manner

• Responsible for creating invoice tickets and accurately handle all cash and credit card transactions

• Generate quotes

• Maintaining an organized and clean workspace

• Provides administrative support as needed to the owner of the company
