Key Responsibilities
  • As the Architect for Global Customer Advocacy, you will serve as the expert driving force behind how Everpure captures, scales, and amplifies the voice of our most strategic global customers. Operating as an expert individual contributor, you will act independently to design visionary customer evidence programs that demonstrate the value of the Everpure Platform. • Build Formal Cross-Functional Networks: Create and coordinate strategic networks across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Regional Field Marketing teams to ensure customer stories align directly with corporate growth objectives and go-to-market priorities.
  • Govern Customer Experience & Engagement: Evaluate intangible customer sentiment and engagement metrics to ensure every advocate interaction is high-touch, highly rewarding, and mutually beneficial, protecting key external relationships.

  • We are an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Raleigh, NC office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
Requirements
  • Expert Customer Marketing Mastery: Deep expertise in building and scaling global customer advocacy or customer evidence initiatives within high-growth enterprise technology environments.
  • Executive Relationship Architecture: Exceptional interpersonal judgment and negotiation capabilities, with a proven ability to engage with C-suite and executive leaders at Fortune 500 organizations to secure strategic participation in public advocacy.
  • Strategic Narrative & Storytelling Vision: Exceptional ability to translate highly complex technical implementations and corporate transformation stories into compelling, customer-centric narratives.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated success steering complex, multi-stakeholder programs by creating formal internal networks and shaping project methods without relying on direct authority.
