Job description

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scale House Operator with Data Entry experience to join our growing operation. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment requiring strong customer service, multitasking ability, and excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities:

Weigh trucks in and out using scale software

Enter and maintain accurate ticket and customer data

Perform daily data entry duties with a high level of accuracy

Process tickets, receipts, and delivery tickets

Answer phones and assist customers and drivers

Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and yard personnel

Maintain organized records and daily reports

Perform general office and administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

Strong computer knowledge is a must

Prior data entry experience required

Ability to work efficiently in multiple software systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask in a busy office environment

Professional communication and customer service skills

Experience with scale software, or the construction/recycling industry is a plus

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule:Full-Time

Monday โ€“ Friday 6:45AM-5PM (50-60 Hours/ week)
