Job Summary

The Marketing Technology (MarTech) organization is responsible for the platforms and capabilities that power personalized customer engagement across Comcast's digital and direct marketing ecosystem. Our teams build and operate customer data, audience management, decisioning, and activation platforms that enable data-driven communications at enterprise scale.
We are seeking a software engineer to help accelerate our adoption of Agentic AI and intelligent automation across the MarTech landscape. This role will focus on designing and building AI-powered solutions that streamline business processes, automate complex workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the way teams create, manage, and activate customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging AI technologies and enjoys applying them to solve real-world business problems. You will partner closely with engineering, product, architecture, data, and business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and develop scalable agentic solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), enterprise data platforms, and cloud-native technologies.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions supporting marketing and operational use cases.
  • Build integrations between LLMs, enterprise data platforms, and marketing technology systems.
  • Develop scalable cloud-native services and APIs supporting AI-driven experiences.
  • Collaborate across engineering and business teams to identify and deliver high-value automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to AI engineering standards, best practices, and platform capabilities.
  • Help drive innovation and modernization initiatives across Comcast's MarTech ecosystem.

Technical Skills:

  • Programming Languages: Preferably Python, but Java or Scala is fine too (5+ years)
