What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Maintain accurate repair logs and assist with inventory tracking
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Support operational efficiency by minimizing downtime and waste
  • Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs
  • Use basic PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley RS Logix 500)
  • Perform basic welding (Stick, MIG, TIG) and electrical diagnostics (24V–480V)
Requirements:

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree or certification in a technical trade or maintenance-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience (required)
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (bending, climbing, crawling)
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment
  • Willingness to work in hot/cold conditions and confined spaces
