Job Title: Painter
Location: Vienna, VA
Work schedule: onsite Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: W2
Position Type: 3-6 months (good possibility of extending)

Candidates must be able to pass both a credit and criminal background check.
Responsibilities
  • Perform painting tasks including caulking, rolling walls, and trim painting
  • Use of ladder or scaffolding required
  • Start and complete jobs on time with quality
  • Maintain safety standards and proper use of tools and materials
  • Self-motivated to manage work efficiently and effectively

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a painter
  • Proficiency in caulking, wall rolling, and trim painting techniques
  • Ability to safely operate ladders and scaffolding
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills
  • Experience working in onsite environments
