Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our team in Georgetown, SC, 29440. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will lead a team of quality control specialists, implement quality assurance processes, and collaborate with various departments to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality control specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control activities, including reports and compliance records.
  • Train staff on quality standards and best practices to ensure adherence to quality control protocols.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
