Forklift Driver / Material Handler - (We'll Train You!)

2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM)| Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Overtime Opportunities

What You'll Do

As a Forklift/Material Handler, you'll help keep our printing operation running smoothly by:

  • Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other equipment to move raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products
  • Load and unload trucks, railcars, pallets, and skids
  • Perform daily safety checks on lifts and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
  • Organize and assign storage space within the warehouse
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as recharging batteries or replacing fuel tanks
  • Support special projects and other warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience-we'll provide training! We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school diploma or GED
  • Can follow written and verbal instructions
  • Has basic math and reading skills
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Is dependable, motivated, and ready to learn
  • Can safely lift and move materials and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience operating forklifts and clamp trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to operate equipment in tight spaces, including narrow aisles, ramps, and railcars

Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. You'll spend much of your day standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials. You should be comfortable:

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 20 pounds
  • Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds
  • Stand and walk for most of the shift.
  • Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and material handling activities throughout the shift.
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moving equipment and varying noise levels.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection and safety footwear.
