Job description

Massage Therapist (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available!)

Company: Harmonic Balance Chiropractic, LLC Vibe: Relaxing, holistic, patient-centered, and genuinely friendly!

About Us:

At Harmonic Balance Chiropractic, we donโ€™t believe in a โ€œone-size-fits-allโ€ approach to health. Led by Dr. Natalie Spagnola, our mission is to look at the whole personโ€”body, mind, and spiritโ€”to release stress from the nervous system and let the body do what it does best: heal naturally!

Our office is a peaceful sanctuary where patients come to unwind, recharge, and feel truly valued as humans, not just file numbers. Alongside custom chiropractic adjustments, cold laser therapy, and custom orthotics, our Massage Therapy program is a vital piece of our healing puzzle.

We are expanding our team and looking for one Full-Time and one Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about holistic health and ready to spread some good vibes!

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):

  • Be the Zen Master: Deliver high-quality, customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each patient's specific needs (whether they are dealing with chronic lower back pain, pregnancy discomfort, TMJ, or just everyday life stress).
  • Collaborate for Wellness: Work hand-in-hand with Dr. Natalie to design comprehensive wellness plans that seamlessly blend massage with chiropractic care.
  • Create an Oasis: Keep your massage room feeling like a cozy, clean, and inviting sanctuary.
  • Educate & Inspire: Chat with patients about the amazing benefits of regular bodywork and how it complements their holistic lifestyle (bonus points if you love chatting about nutrition and wellness!).

Are You the Perfect Fit?

  • You are a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • You carry your own professional liability insurance.
  • You have a warm, welcoming personality. Our patients often say coming here "feels like walking into a good friendโ€™s house"โ€”we want you to be that friend!
  • You love a multi-disciplinary environment and believe in the power of chiropractic + massage working together.
  • You possess great listening skills (because tailoring a massage starts with hearing what the body and the patient are saying).

Hours & Flexibility (Choose Your Adventure!):

  • Full-Time Role: Ideal for someone looking for a steady flow of wonderful patients and a consistent schedule.
  • Part-Time Role: Perfect for someone looking to supplement their income, maintain a flexible schedule, or ease into a beautifully established practice. (We will work together to find a schedule that keeps your own mind, body, and spirit in perfect harmony!)

Perks of Joining the Harmonic Balance Family:

  • A steady, built-in stream of loyal, wonderful chiropractic patients eager for massage.
  • A supportive, positive, and drama-free work environment where your professional skills are respected and celebrated.
  • Hydraulic/adjustable tables and all the essential supplies (linens, lotions, relaxing tunes) provided.
  • Complimentary or discounted wellness services (because healers need healing too!).

Ready to join us?

If you are ready to bring your healing hands to a team that feels like family, we want to meet you!

How to Apply: Send your resume and a quick note about why you love massage therapy to give us a buzz at 717-747-WELL (9355). Let's bring some balance back to York, PA together!
