Job description

Position Title: Graphic Designer
Reporting To: Brand Manager
Location: Evansville, IN
Status: Exempt
Job Purpose: The Graphic Designer owns day-to-day creative for the Table Tennis and Outdoor Games division, translating brand strategy into digital-first assets that sell products across DTC, Amazon, and retail. This is a builder's role on a fast-paced, high-volume team: the designer will help grow established brands like STIGA while shaping newer, faster-moving businesses like AllCornhole and Victory Tailgate, where the pace of new product is limited mainly by how quickly great graphics can be designed.
Digital is the primary need, but the role touches nearly every part of the business, from sell-in decks and packaging to in-store execution and new product concepts. The right candidate has a strong, current digital design aesthetic, is comfortable using AI tools to move faster and explore more and wants to see their work show up on shelves, sites, and social feeds.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Design product launch assets for paid digital campaigns including social media, display advertising, video stills, Amazon A+ content, and Brand Store content
  • Create and maintain marketing assets for websites, landing pages, promotional modules, email campaigns, and organic social media channels
  • Develop evergreen brand content and creative templates to support ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Design high-volume product graphics for AllCornhole and Victory Tailgate including licensed, collegiate, and print-on-demand artwork
  • Contribute visual concepts and creative direction for new product ideation, innovation projects, and product presentations
  • Create packaging concepts, refresh existing packaging, and prepare production-ready files that meet retailer and vendor specifications
  • Support retail initiatives by designing point-of-purchase displays, fixtures, planograms, signage, and other large-format materials
  • Develop sales presentations, line review decks, and visual materials for retail account meetings
  • Provide creative direction for photography, videography, and 3D rendering projects and participate in photo shoots as needed
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards, asset libraries, and creative resources across assigned brands
  • Support events, trade shows, sponsorships, and activations through the design of signage, displays, and promotional collateral
  • Utilize AI-powered design and productivity tools to improve efficiency, increase creative output, and accelerate concept development
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously through Asana while communicating project timelines, priorities, and potential obstacles
  • Collaborate with brand managers, product managers, sales teams, eCommerce teams, and production partners to ensure successful project execution
  • Present creative concepts and final designs for approval and incorporate feedback efficiently
  • Write headlines, calls-to-action, and short-form marketing copy when needed
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and creative best practices to keep brands current and differentiated

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience in an in-house marketing environment or agency setting, preferably within consumer products, sporting goods, or eCommerce industries
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, web, social media, packaging, and product design capabilities
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
  • Working knowledge of Figma and Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled design and productivity tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of print production, packaging development, color management, dielines, and vendor specifications
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining design quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss creative concepts
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience with Amazon content creation including A+ pages, Brand Stores, and listing imagery preferred
  • Experience with licensed consumer products, retail marketing materials, or sporting goods products preferred
  • Motion graphics, video editing, photography, and/or 3D rendering experience preferred
  • Interest in sports, games, outdoor recreation, and tailgating lifestyles preferred

Physical Demands
  • Sitting, talking and listening at least 2/3 of the time
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Stooping and kneeling
  • Fine motor coordination
