Objective
To support the client's rapid growth by producing high-quality, engaging LinkedIn content for multiple executive accounts. The writer will create humorous, insight-driven posts that resonate within the tech ecosystem and demonstrate strong potential for virality.
Profile Overview
The client is seeking an experienced writer who can blend humor, tech fluency, and viral storytelling. This role requires someone who understands how to write for executives (e.g., founders, recruiters) and can translate interview insights into compelling LinkedIn content.
Ideal candidates are deeply familiar with internet culture, Gen Z/Gen Alpha humor, the startup ecosystem, and tech trends, with a proven ability to create content that performs well on social platforms.
Scope
  • Initial workload: 15 hours per week (65 hours/month)
  • ~12 LinkedIn posts per week (3 posts per account)
  • 6 month engagement with growth into a larger role possible
Responsibilities
  • Attend or review client interviews to extract content "premises"
  • Write LinkedIn posts for executive clients based on interview insights
  • Collaborate with internal editors for feedback and refinement
  • Develop content that blends satire, humor, and industry insight
  • Adapt tone and messaging for founders, recruiters, and tech professionals
  • Manage multiple accounts while maintaining consistent quality and voice
Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of writing experience (preferred)
