Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom software tools to support various engineering tasks and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with hardware and systems engineers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Implement efficient and scalable solutions for data analysis, simulation, and automation
- Optimize existing tools and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Experience with systems integration and testing methodologies.
- Deep understanding of testing, continuous integration, build, deployment & continuous monitoring.
Evangelize engineering excellence best practices and mentor junior engineers.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of critical tools and services that support the entire satellite development lifecycle. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale satellite development efforts efficiently and effectively.

The Leo Space Engineering Applications (LSEA) team specializes in building and maintaining secure engineering solutions that optimize satellite product development processes. The team combines expertise in Siemens NX/Teamcenter with software engineering capabilities to deliver customized solutions and maintain the Leo Space platform, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow management for satellite development.
