Job Summary:
SAS Retail Services is one of North Americaโ€™s leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales and merchandising. They are seeking a mid-level SAS Analyst in Space and Assortment who will manage project responsibilities, collaborate with teams, and leverage industry tools to optimize space planning for clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Partners with retailers to develop space and floor planning strategies, providing data-driven insights on fixture placement and/or category performance.
โ€ข Manages multiple project timelines in assigned spaces ensuring each process is thoroughly followed.
โ€ข Leverages data analysis, market trends, and external resources to optimize space utilization and support strategic merchandising decisions.
โ€ข Provide support for associates on corporate merchandising principles and practices and maintain accurate growth-oriented plans that align with customers goals.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelors Degree or equivalent job-related experience
โ€ข 2-4 years of experience with Planograms or Floorplans
โ€ข Experience with analysis in a professional setting
โ€ข Self-directed work ethic and desire to succeed; thrives in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize business requests
โ€ข Good communication โ€“ written and oral โ€“ skills and strong interpersonal skills
