Job description

Job Title: SAS Developer

Location: Raleigh, NC / Phoenix AZ/ Remote

Relevant Experience (in yrs) 10+

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • 6-8 years experience writing customized code in SAS, including macro programming and connecting to external data stores.
  • 6+ years of experience as an Application Developer with a focus on SAS programming and data analytics.
  • Very familiar with Base SAS Programming.
  • Very familiar with SAS Macro Programming.
  • Advanced SQL Knowledge
  • Minimum Tableau Knowledge

Experience Required: 10+

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance the source code and process flow for the department's SAS production environment.
  • Analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document programming on assigned applications to satisfy business requirements for business areas.
  • Take ownership of the Testing assignments, data analysis, documentation.
  • Model testing experience and agile methodology experience will be a plus.
  • Test Case preparation, Validation in UAT and production and any adhoc analysis as required.
  • Analyze business requirements in order to design the framework / solution
