Responsibilities

Duties: Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage incoming and outgoing data, understand business rules, changes to enable project execution. Analyze the performances of multiple digital marketing channels and campaigns that are run every month and incorporate the necessary changes accordingly to improve performance. Design and execute the sourcing, staging, processing and manipulation of the data using SAS programming and produce the output data for the various monthly campaigns. Review QC the output data to ensure data correctness, ensuring efficient marketing campaigns for the clients. Run ad hoc analysis on the marketing programs to ensure data correctness and to verify results. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly results in the form of presentations explaining the results of all the analysis and data processing. Discuss recommendations and right strategies with stakeholders to increase the revenue and profits for the clients. Design and build interactive dashboards to measure retail marketing campaigns effectiveness. Perform ad hoc activities and all incoming tasks concurrently. Maintain timeliness and effectiveness of all the deliverables and improvise based on the feedback.

Qualifications

Requirements: Employer requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or one year of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position requires one year of experience in each of the following:

1. Design and build interactive dashboards in Tableau and MS Excel for automotive clients. 

2. Create complex SQL queries to track and analyze KPIs.

3. Automate tasks using MS Excel Macros and Python.

4. Manage administrative activities across Tableau Server infrastructure.

5. Import, manipulate and process multiple format source datasets using SAS programming.

6. Design and implement marketing campaign programs in SAS, ensure data correctness, and incorporate any ad hoc requirements.

7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage data flow, understand and implement the business rules.

8. Contribute to monthly client presentations and report the results of analyses in MS Excel, providing strategic and tactical recommendations.

9. Migrate and analyze large legacy data sets from MS Excel to Python utilizing Pandas.

10. Create POCs and perform exploratory data analysis, profiling, and data mining using Pandas.

11. Create Tableau dashboards using filters, sets/groups, parameters, and calculated fields.

12. Implement data blending and create dual axis graphs with multiple measures in Tableau.

13.Execute and streamline ASC 606 revenue recognition and global revenue finance functions utilizing MS Excel, SQL/PL-SQL, and Alteryx.
