JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Geosciences is searching for a qualified candidate for the position of Researcher in SAR Flood Mapping.
Responsibilities include:
  • Processing and analyzing open and commercial Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data for flood events.
  • Developing algorithms to map flood extent, and event duration.
  • Contributing development of data-fusion methods and modeling.

Assisting with proposal writing, conference presentations and manuscript preparation.
