United by our core values and our purpose of helping people thrive in the brave pursuit of next, our 20,000+ people in 53 offices around the world combine experience across technology, data sciences, consulting, and customer obsession to accelerate our clients' businesses through designing the products and services their customers truly value.
Overview
Publicis Sapient is seeking a Product Owner to support delivery of customer facing eCommerce capabilities across subscription, purchase, and account management journeys, including participation in global and multi market rollouts. This role works in close partnership with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and QA to shape solutions upfront, translate business goals into clear requirements, and drive effective execution in a complex, enterprise environment.
Responsibilities

  • Support product discovery and feature definition in partnership with Product Managers
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and QA teams throughout sprint planning, execution, testing, and release readiness
  • Proactively identify and manage dependencies across teams, systems, and markets to maintain delivery momentum
  • Ensure solutions remain aligned to business objectives, customer experience goals, and platform constraints throughout delivery

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery focused product role
  • Required: Experience delivering eCommerce or digital commerce solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems into executable stories and requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management practices
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, decisions, and trade offs to both technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating within large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders

Preferred (Optional) Experience
  • Experience with digital subscriptions, recurring billing, or service based commerce
  • Experience supporting multi market implementations, regional variations, or global eCommerce rollouts
  • Familiarity with integrated enterprise ecosystems such as payments, identity, CRM, and CMS

Core Skills & Attributes
  • Clear, confident communicator who can partner effectively across product, design, engineering, and business teams
  • Comfortable contributing to solution discussions, not just documenting outcomes
