As an Industrial Engineer you will lead process improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing workflows, and enhance material flow across the factory.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to implement data-driven solutions, improve SAP systems, and support automation efforts. Your work will influence daily operations, labor efficiency, and long-term manufacturing performance.

What you'll be doing:
Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and material flow across production operations
Manage and maintain SAP Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) data including routings, material masters, and work centers
Conduct time studies and labor analysis to establish accurate labor standards and support production costing
Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to support automation and system integration
Develop standard work, process documentation, and training to ensure consistency and scalability
Support capacity planning, cost estimation, and performance tracking for equipment and operations
This role may have direct reports.
What you should have as an Industrial Engineer II:
3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.
2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.
What you should have as an Industrial Engineer Sr:
6-9 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.
2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.The starting base pay range for this position is $95,161-$130,485 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
