Role Overview
You will drive and oversee strategic supply chain solutions using SAP EWM in Supply Chain across varied industries such as Life Sciences and Medical Device segments.
You will focus on ensuring that project deliverables align with strategic business objectives and ensure value realization through the solutions implemented.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver comprehensive project cycles from conception to completion, including budget, scope, and project risks.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that integrate seamlessly into client environments.
Foster strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Drive innovation within supply chain processes through strategic use of SAP EWM platform leveraging industry best practices to enhance client competitive advantage.
Perform business discovery sessions, solution design, fit gap analysis, product implementation, site rollouts, enhancements, upgrades/migrations and life cycle management using EWM.
Advocate and implement Agile and DevOps methodologies to streamline project execution.
Analyze, design, and implement solutions using EWM to meet warehouse management and supply chain requirements.
Configure EWM modules such as EWM Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Internal Warehouse Operations (Storage/Replenishment), Physical Inventory, and
Resource Management
Develop and manage customizations, integrations, and workflows using EWM technical tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into EWM configurations or custom solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operations.
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance for EWM systems.
Document and communicate all EWM techno-functional aspects of design.
Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and understanding E2E technical data flows
Required Experience & Skills
Extensive consulting & project management experience with a focus on supply chain solutions in different industries, preferably in Life Sciences and Medical Device segments
12+ years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM platform
Expert in Supply Chain orchestrating end-to-end solution in client operations using EWM Platform
Strong knowledge of warehouse management and supply chain management processes.
Expertise in both functional and technical aspects of EWM. o Experience with decentral EWM integrations, including ERP systems, like S/4Hana, SAP ECC , or similar platforms.
Deep expertise in warehouse management requirements, including defining storage strategies, warehouse structure (storage types, sections, bins), resource planning, workload distribution, and applying optimization techniques for efficient operations.
Led cross-functional workshops with global warehouse and supply chain teams to design EWM-enabled processes, developing end-to-end warehouse process models (inbound, outbound, internal movements), and defining fit-gap analysis, organizational impacts, and high-level master data and role structures.
Through understand of warehouse management requirements for managing make-to-stock, make-to-order, assemble-to-order, and engineer-to-order manufacturing envi ronments.
SAP Master Data management related to EWM warehouse management processes
Through understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain management (SCM) system technologies.
Capable of explaining the structure and logic of the warehouse management and distribution process
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders and team members.
Working knowledge and understanding of CPI-DS & SDI (HANA cloud integration)
Working knowledge and experience with warehouse management.
Exposure to transportation management scenarios integration with SAP TMS and other systems.
Desirable Attributes
Experience in high-level strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Advanced certifications in EWM solutions
Salary Range: $160,000-200,000 a year
