A SAP Testing Director oversees the planning, execution, and management of testing activities for SAP implementations and upgrades within an organization. They are responsible for developing testing strategies, leading testing teams, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with other departments to deliver robust SAP solutions. The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of SAP modules, and expertise in software testing methodologies. A SAP Testing Director often manages multiple testing teams that may be distributed across different locations and business units. Coordinating these teams can be challenging due to varying processes, communication barriers, and aligning testing standards.
