We are seeking a Senior SAP Test Manager to join our growing team In US.

 Role: Senior SAP Test Manager

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week onsite)

Role Overview

As a Senior SAP Test Manager, you will lead end-to-end testing across SAP transformation programs, ensuring high-quality delivery through effective test strategy, governance, planning, execution, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with Program Managers, SAP Functional Leads, System Integrators, and business stakeholders to deliver successful SAP implementations.

 Key Responsibilities

 Test Strategy & Planning

• Develop and own SAP Test Strategies and Test Plans covering System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression, Performance, Security, Data Migration, and Cutover testing.
• Define test scope, environments, test data, entry/exit criteria, and resource plans.
• Review business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
• Coordinate with business SMEs, SAP Functional Consultants, and delivery teams to ensure testing readiness.

 Test Execution & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple SAP workstreams and integrated business processes.
• Manage test execution, defect triage, quality reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate validation of SAP functionality, integrations, interfaces, and data migration.
• Drive defect resolution and ensure testing milestones are achieved.
• Support cutover planning, production readiness, go-live activities, and Hypercare.

 Project & Quality Management

• Manage testing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide regular status reports, quality metrics, and executive updates.
• Ensure adherence to QA governance, testing standards, and best practices.
• Produce End-of-Test Reports and obtain business sign-off.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.

 Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading testing for large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Strong experience managing QA teams and enterprise testing initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other SAP products.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Testing, Data Migration, Regression, UAT, SIT, Performance, Security, and Cutover testing.
• Experience developing SAP Test Strategies, governance frameworks, and quality processes.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Spira, ALM/Quality Center, Jira, or similar test management tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Logistics modules (highly preferred).
• Experience with SAP EWM, SAP Fiori, BW/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or other SAP solutions.
• Experience leading global SAP implementations across multiple regions.
• Ability to manage geographically distributed testing teams.
• Strong understanding of SAP release management, transport management, cutover, and Hypercare.

 Certifications (Preferred)

• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
• SAP Activate or SAP S/4HANA Certification
• SAFe® Foundation
• Leadership or Project Management certifications

 Must-Have Skills

• Strong QA/Test Management experience
• Experience with SAP ECC or other SAP products
• Strong experience in SAP Integration Testing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP Logistics experience is a strong plus
