Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking an SAP Technical PM to manage SAP projects and implementations. The role involves overseeing both onsite and offshore teams, developing project plans, and acting as a liaison between business requirements and technical resources.
Responsibilities:
• 10+ years of experience of independently managing SAP projects/ projects
• Experience with SAP Projects and SAP Implementation methodology
• Experience in managing SAP Technical / Integration projects
• ABAP / Integration experience is must for this role. The role doesn't require hands-on working. PM should be able to participate in technical discussions along with guiding and mentoring the team
• Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
• Manage onsite and offshore team
• Ability to manage end to end projects
• Understand business requirements and work as bridge between the business and S/4HANA resources/other technical teams
• Manage and deliver as per project milestones as per defined SOW. Organizing and communicating milestone and project deliverables to clients and stakeholders
• Should be able to work with Customer Stake Holders/Project Manager, highlight business involvement for key milestone deliverables.
• Worked on development / support / integration projects especially, third party systems integrating with SAP
• S/4HANA knowledge is desirable
• Hands-on Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is desirable
• Manage and direct team members (T&M resources)
• Candidate should be able to manage Project Stakeholders and maintain required project governance
• Excellent communication skills along with the ability to learn, build and adapt quickly to changing technology and processes.
