Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Workday Adaptive Insights System Administrator, managing system configuration, maintenance, data integrity, and integration with SAP ERP.
  • Act as the finance super user for Workday Adaptive Insights and SAP, driving best practices across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and planning processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and strategic financial initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, profitability analyses, pricing analyses, ROI evaluations, and other complex ad hoc analyses.
  • Design, enhance, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting within Adaptive Insights, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other reporting tools.
  • Deliver insightful management reporting and analysis, identifying financial trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support executive and operational leadership by translating complex financial data into concise presentations and business insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Operations to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and drive business performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Systems, or a related finance function.
  • Advanced expertise as a Workday Adaptive Insights administrator, including building and maintaining models, dimensions, accounts, formulas, assumptions, and allocations.
  • Strong SAP ERP experience with the ability to serve as a finance systems super user and subject matter expert.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L analysis.
  • Proven experience developing financial models, management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), HFM, Cognos Planning, PeopleSoft Financials, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
