SAP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP monitoring solutions to support implementation, optimization, and operational excellence across SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system monitoring, alerting, root cause analysis, and end-to-end SAP application lifecycle management in both on-premise and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager solutions.
  • Manage and maintain system, interface, and business process monitoring across SAP landscapes.
  • Configure and support monitoring scenarios for SAP systems, including availability, performance, job monitoring, and integration monitoring.
  • Work with technical and functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve incidents and performance issues.
  • Support end-to-end application lifecycle management, including operations, deployment, and test management.
  • Set up dashboards, alerts, notifications, and reporting within Cloud ALM and Solution Manager.
  • Perform root cause analysis for system issues and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Assist in implementation of SAP monitoring best practices and standardized support processes.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, BASIS, security, and application teams to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Support upgrade, migration, and transformation projects involving SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes.
  • Document technical configurations, operational procedures, and support processes.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to support teams and stakeholders.
