Job description

Job Summary
- Deliver Level 2/3 (L2/L3) Application Management Services (AMS) support for SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) as primary and Production Planning (PP) as secondary areas.
- Ensure stable execution of manufacturing and quality processes from planning, production confirmation, inspection, to usage decision.
- Resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end QM and PP issues, including master data, integrations, document flows, and posting failures.
- Execute configuration changes and coordinate small enhancements across development, QA, and production environments.
- Support key QM processes: inspection types, results recording, usage decision, defect notifications, batch/serial management, and certificates/CoA.
- Support critical PP processes: MRP/MRP Live, production orders, order confirmations, BOM/routings, work centers, capacity, goods movements, and variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, WM/EWM, PM, SD, FI/CO, MES/LIMS, shop-floor systems) for end-to-end process integration and issue resolution.
- Participate in peak support activities during month-end, high-volume runs, and cutovers/hypercare.
- Validate, document, and maintain changes (functional specs, test scripts, release readiness).
- Maintain operational documentation: runbooks, SOPs, knowledge articles, and master data checklists.
- Work with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and apply root cause analysis methods for problem resolution.
- Communicate effectively with plant users, quality teams, and process owners to translate issues into solutions.
- (Preferred) Exposure to S/4HANA manufacturing innovations (MRP Live, Fiori apps), EWM integration, batch/serial, and regulated (GxP) environments.
- (Preferred) Experience in MES/LIMS integration, shop-floor mobility, IDoc/API troubleshooting, and advanced planning tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; SAP PP or QM certification preferred.
