Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that offers high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry’s redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct to consumer in the process. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customer’s routine. Harry’s is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental health care. To date, the brand has helped connect over 2 million men to quality mental health resources.

Harry’s is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category‑leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,” the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.

About the team

You’ll be joining a small, high‑impact Enterprise Systems team that sits at the center of everything Mammoth Brands runs on — finance, supply chain, commercial operations, and the integrations that tie it all together. We’re 11 people, we cover the full SAP S/4HANA landscape, and we think of ourselves as strategic partners to the business, not a technology order‑taking function. We move fast, we hold high standards, and right now we’re in an exciting moment of transformation — leaning into what S/4HANA 2023 on RISE can do, including AI‑driven automation and embedded analytics. If you want to build, not just maintain, this is the right team.

About the role

The SAP Finance Functional Analyst is responsible for delivering and supporting SAP solutions that enable Finance operations. This role partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate SAP capabilities, and implement scalable solutions aligned to enterprise standards. The analyst ensures system stability, data integrity, and end‑to‑end process continuity across SAP Financial modules and integrated commercial processes, including interfaces with SAP and non‑SAP systems. Key responsibilities include solution design, configuration, testing support, issue triage and escalation management, and driving continuous process and system improvements. The current system is SAP S4 HANA 2023 on Rise.

What you will accomplish
  • Lead the design, configuration, testing and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules including General Ledger, Controlling, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Group Reporting and Asset Accounting.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring effective integration with other modules such as CO, MM, SD, PP, and Concur.
  • Manage the SAP FI application lifecycle, including enhancements, upgrades, and operational support.
  • Provide third‑level support for finance‑related SAP issues through ITSM, collaborating with business users and IT teams to resolve complex incidents.
  • Support SAP rollouts, system upgrades, and improvement initiatives, including testing, documentation, and post‑implementation support.
  • Provide functional guidance to project teams and developers, including writing the functional specifications and system design.
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and ensure stability of finance systems during critical financial processes.
  • Provide thought leadership & training on SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Group Reporting, Embedded Analytics, and AI/ML‑driven finance automation.
  • Evaluate and recommend continuous innovations in S4 finance and adherence to SAP best practices.
This should describe you
  • 8+ years of experience working with SAP Finance solutions, including SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Treasury, group reporting and Asset Accounting.
  • Experience with SAP project systems preferred.
  • Experience translating business requirements into SAP functional solutions, including configuration and system enhancements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as CO, MM, SD, PP and Concur.
  • Experience working in Group Reporting, Universal Journal, SAP Fiori Apps, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or rollouts, including testing and user training.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes, particularly within complex or global organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience in international or global organizations, ideally within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments, is preferred.
Here’s who you’ll work with
  • Reporting to the Sr Manager, Enterprise Systems
  • Executive leadership team at Mammoth Brands
  • Working with all other teams at Mammoth Brands, including engineering and data analytics teams
Benefits and perks
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k match
  • Equity in Mammoth Brands
  • Flexible time off and working hours
  • L&D stipend
  • 4 weeks sabbatical after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years
  • 20 fully paid weeks off for parents who give birth, or 16 fully paid weeks off for all other paths to parenthood
  • Fun IRL and virtual events including happy hours, team building events, and parties on our rooftop
  • Free products from our family of brands

We can’t quantify all of the intangible things we think you’ll love about working at Mammoth Brands, like the exciting challenges we tackle, the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $140,000-$155,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.

Mammoth Brands is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, feel a sense of belonging, and do great work together.
