What You'll Do

As the Technical Project Manager, you'll own multiple enterprise initiatives from planning through production while serving as the bridge between business stakeholders, finance teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

You'll lead projects involving:

  • Enterprise ERP implementations and upgrades
  • Finance and accounting system modernization
  • Property tax administration platforms
  • Financial reporting and business intelligence initiatives
  • System integrations and enterprise data exchange
  • Process automation and workflow optimization
  • Data migration, validation, and reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Project Leadership

  • Lead large-scale technology initiatives from initiation through production support
  • Build project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change management
  • Deliver executive-level project reporting and status communications
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives


Business & Technology Partnership

Partner closely with business and technical leaders to:

Required Experience

We're looking for professionals with experience in most of the following:

  • 7+ years managing enterprise technology projects
  • 5+ years supporting Finance, Accounting, ERP, or Property Tax technology
  • Experience within state, local, municipal, county, or other government environments
  • Strong understanding of governmental finance, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
  • Experience managing vendors and implementation partners
  • Strong SDLC knowledge across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Preferred Experience
