Job Description Title: 25-159 SAP Integrations Architect Resume Due Date: Tuesday, February 17th, 2026 (5:00PM EST) Number of Vacancies: 2 Level: MP5 Duration: 24 months Hours of work: 40 Location: 700 University Avenue & 1908 Colonel Sam Dr Oshawa, Hybrid 2 days remote Job Overview As an SAP Integrations Architect at OPG, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing integration solutions across OPG's SAP and non-SAP landscape. Leveraging industry-leading architecture frameworks and best practices, you will ensure seamless, secure, and scalable integration of business processes and data flows that support OPG's Strategic Transformation Roadmap (STR). You will work closely with business stakeholders, utility experts, and the ERP team to deliver high-impact, future-ready integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise & Technical Architecture (TOGAF/COBIT/SAP Activate/Integration): Lead the design and governance of SAP integration architecture, ensuring robust alignment across business, application, data, and technology domains. Architect and implement integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Platform Integration, API Management, Event Mesh), Process Orchestration, and other middleware tools. Define and govern integration patterns, data flows, messaging standards, and API strategies to ensure quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance and security standards.

Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and other SAP systems with third-party and legacy systems (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid). Apply SAP Activate, agile methodologies, and industry best practices to accelerate delivery and maximize value realization from integration solutions. Utilize LeanIX for enterprise architecture management and Signavio for business process modeling to support architecture deliverables.

Solution Design & Delivery: Analyze and translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions. Lead solution design, prototyping, integration, testing, and deployment for end-to-end business processes. Provide expert guidance on integration security, compliance, and SAP best practices.

Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Project Management, Agile Delivery & Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between integration architecture, delivery, and business objectives. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and innovative environment.

Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical integration Support agile ceremonies, project planning, and continuous improvement initiative Continuous Learning, Thought Leadership & Initiative: Champion a culture of continuous learning by staying current with SAP integration innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Share thought leadership, best practices, and lessons learned within OPG and the broader SAP community. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in SAP architecture or integration, including at least 3 years focused on SAP Integration Suite, Process Orchestration, or similar middleware/integration platforms. Proven experience designing and implementing integration solutions for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems.

Strong knowledge of TOGAF, COBIT, SAP Activate, and agile frameworks (such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), with practical experience in applying these methodologies. Experience with API management, messaging protocols, security standards, and hybrid integration scenarios. Familiarity with LeanIX, Signavio, and other architecture and process modeling tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. SAP Integration certification(s) and additional certifications in TOGAF, COBIT, or agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe Agilist) are highly desirable.
